Snapshot: Come What May

For many years, architectural photography was a pure celebration of the building or interior, completely void of people. The stuff that happened after the intended occupants moved in – the ad hoc changes, classroom pin-ups, and personal effects – lacked a place in the official record. Contemporary photography strikes a balance of depicting the building in-use yet still pristine, and for us there is something especially gratifying about seeing the spaces we create, such as Minnesota Street Project, full of vibrant, messy life.
